If you have decided to become St. Moritz resident, these facilities are available for you:

Swimming Pool

Each tower in St. Moritz apartment has their own swimming pool. For Presidential Suite tower, the pool is located at 16th floor and it is an outdoor swimming pool. You can enjoy city view while swimming from here.

Along side the swimming pool, you can find many outdoor bench for you to relax. There is also a fish pond around the bech. The existence of fish pond makes the ambience in 16th floor more comfy.

Don’t worry about Ph water level and Chlorine inside the swimming pool, apartment officer always maintain the Ph water level and Chlorine in a save condition. Even your kids can swim safely, because there is also kids swimming pool adjacent to adult pool.

The swimming pool opens from 06:00 AM to 22:00 PM.

Kids Playground

The Presidential Suite tower in St. Moritz apartment has an indoor kids playground located close to outdoor swimming pool. This playground is designed for kindergarten student or early elementary student. Your kids can always play here, wether it’s rain or sunny outside.

Fitness Room

You can use fitness room facility for free if you become one of the St. Moritz residents. This room is located above the kids playground. You can get here by ascending the stairs next to playground.

Fitness room in St. Moritz apartment provides complete amenities for your workout, such as barbell, treadmill, etc. You can also watch TV while exercising, since this room also provides that amenity.

Multi Function Room

Located next to fitness room, multi function room can be utilized by St. Moritz residents for free. This room is designed to accommodate business meeting or other event. Unfortunately, when I was there, the room was still in renovation, so I cannot take the picthure of room condition.

Football Field

Playing football on top of skyscraper is an unusual experience. At St. Moritz apartment, you can feel this sensation, since the football field located on top of 16th floor. On the edge of the field, there is a running track for you who like running and jogging.

UNIT CONDITION

St. Moritz apartment has two types of unit, 2BR and 3BR. Both 2BR and 3BR were leased in a full-furnished condition, so you don’t have to bought a new bed, cupboard or other furniture if you want to move here. Apartment officials equipped every units with amenities like AC, hot water tap, bed with pillow and blanket, dining set, washing machine, refigerator and TV. 

The size of 2BR and 3BR units is quite large, 86 sqm for 2BR and 118 sqm for 3BR. This includes living room, kitchen, 2 or 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and a balcony. The lightning condition inside every unit is quite bright, because there is a large window in every bedroom and living room. You can also plant your favorite plant here, because the sun exposure is pretty good. 

The average cost to rent a unit at St. Moritz apartment is Rp 11 million for 2BR and Rp 15 million for 3BR.

ENVIRONMENT AROUND THE APARTMENT:

Even though St. Moritz apartment is surrounded by many skyscrapers, the neighbourhood around them are still cool and shady. This maybe due to many trees that were planted along side of the road.

Because St. Morits is located next to highway, you may heard slight noisy sound from vehicle below. Even in the 15th floor, the sound are still audible.

But don’t worry, as long as you closed your balcony’s window thight enough, you won’t be able to hear such a sound.

There are not so many residents living in St. Moritz apartment. So the neighbourhood is pretty calm and serene. It is very suitable for you who want to get a total rest.

Besides its awesome facility, St. Moritz also surrounded by many public facilities that can give convenience to the residents, such as:

PX Pavilion

PX Pavillion is located right to the west side of St. Moritz apartment. This shopping center became one of the most favorite place for residents because of its close location. As a resident, if you want to reach this place, you just need to walk for 4 minutes from your unit.

Here, you can update your latest fashion style, shop for daily needs or just hangout with friends. Sit in Central Business District (CBD) West Jakarta, this mall often become a favorite spot for Jakarta’s youngsters to gather.

Various event can be held inside PX Pavillion. There is a grand ballroom (1000 sqm) which can accommodate big event, such as exhibition, company meeting, concert, product launching, birthday party, wedding ceremony, auction, etc. This Ballroom has the greatest size among all ball room that located in West Jakarta.

Lippo Mall Puri

From St. Moritz apartment, you can get to Lippo Mall Puri by one minute walking. Similar to PX Pavilion, here you can also update your latest style, since many famous brand like H&M, UNIQLO, Zara, Matahari, SOGO, etc, open their branch in Lippo Mall Puri.

If you are interested in watching movie, there is Cinema XXI on the 1F mall. Outside Lippo Mall Puri, there is also porch where many coffee shops stand. It’s a perfect place to hangout with your friends or family. In this area, sometimes you can enjoy live music too.

Puri Indah Mall

Another alternative you can choose for shopping is Puri Indah Mall. This mall is located in Jl. Puri Agung No. 1 Kembangan Selatan. It only takes 3 minutes driving if you want to reach this place from St. Moritz. Here you can find many stores which provide your basic need, secondary need and tertiary need.

School

For a couple who had kids, living in St. Moritz would be very convenient, because this place is surrounded by many international school from kindergarten to senior high. If your kids is still very young, you can enroll them to Kinderworld Montessori. For adolescent, there is a junior high school like SMP Notre Dame and senior high school like IPEKA Integrated Christian School. The average time to reach these places from St. Moritz is 15 minutes driving.

Health Facility

Within 5 km radius, there is a Siloam Hospital. Siloam Hospital provides many health services for residents and public, for instance orthopedics, heart care, intensive care unit, urology, pediatrics, etc.

Bus Shelter

For you who prefer to ride a bus instead of driving your own vehicle to save energy, there is a bus shelter nearby. By walking for 7 minutes, you can reach Puri Kembangan shelter, the nearest shelter from St. Moritz apartment. You just have to pay Rp 3.500 to ride this Transjakarta bus.

Train Station

Rawa Buaya station is the nearest station from St. Moritz. You can get here by driving for 14 minutes. From here to Duri station, there are just four station ahead.
