About Lebak Bulus
Lebak Bulus is an area in South Jakarta with great potential as a center of business growth that brings together the needs of all groups ranging from the upper class, middle to lower class. Lebak Bulus is in a strategic location with easy access and is passed by the MRT Line corridor Lebak Bulus - Dukuh Atas which will be operational soon. The name Lebak Bulus comes from the shape of land contours and fauna in this region. Lebak means valley and bulls are a type of fauna that lives on land and waters. Formerly the Lebak Bulus area was owned by Made and Candra which later became a rice field and plantation area. Then the land was taken over by the Dutch and its ownership was in the hands of Europeans and changed its name to Simplicitas. In 1789 the area of Lebak Bulus became owned by David Johannes Smith, then in 1803 it was sold to Pieter Welbeeck.

As for the choice of Kopaja and Metromini from Lebak Bulus station, there is Kopaja B 86 in Lebak Bulus-Kota direction to go to Pondok Indah, Patal Senayan, and Jl S. Parman.
